The Pro Trial gives you 30 days of Pro access with up to 3 users, 100 submissions during the trial, the full Pro template library, usage alerts, and removed Straight2PDF branding during the trial.
New submissions are paused once the monthly limit is reached. Free plans do not include monthly top-up packs. Pro and Business customers can contact us to arrange top-up packs for the current month; self-service purchase is not currently available.
Yes. Usage alerts are included on all plans. By default, all customers are given an 85% warning rule (15% remaining window). Admins can modify or delete this rule and add additional thresholds, for example email at 95%.
Free includes 7-day submission history, Pro includes 6-month submission history, and Business includes 18-month submission history. The Pro Trial includes Pro trial access during the 30-day trial.
Yes, there is no long-term commitment on standard paid plans.
Business customers get priority onboarding support. Free, Pro Trial, and Pro customers can use email support, with Pro receiving priority email support.
